# Map Providers compatible with the Woosmap Store Locators

What are the Map Providers that are compatible with the Woosmap Store Locators ? Is there a difference between Store Locator widget or Store Locator js ?

The Store Locator Widget supports three map providers: Google Maps, Baidu and [Woosmap Map](https://developers.woosmap.com/products/map-api/get-started/). Set the desired `maps.provider` value from this list.

```javascript
const storeLocatorConfig = {
    "maps": {
        "provider": "map" // for Woosmap Map or "google" or "baidu"
    }
};

```

Yes, currently, the [Store Locator JS Library](https://developers.woosmap.com/products/js-api/get-started/) only supports Google and Baidu, mainly because [Woosmap Map](https://developers.woosmap.com/products/map-api/get-started/) has a dedicated Javascript API that lets you build your store locator component.

> **Update.** The Store Locator JS Library has since been retired, so the comparison above no longer applies. The current options are the [Store Locator Widget](https://developers.woosmap.com/products/widgets/store-locator-widget/quick-start/) and the [Map JS API](https://developers.woosmap.com/products/map-api/get-started/). Everything said above about the widget still holds.
